Who operates this website
MrChinedu (https://mrchinedu.com) is operated by Chinedu in the United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact page or email hello@mrchinedu.com.
Enquiries
If you contact us, we process the name, email address, subject and message you provide to answer your enquiry and keep an appropriate record. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information. Responding to enquiries and protecting the website are our legitimate interests; where an enquiry concerns a service you request, processing may also be necessary to take steps before a contract.
Comments and account functions
When comments are enabled and you submit one, WordPress processes the comment form details, IP address and browser information to publish and moderate comments and help detect spam. An anonymised hash of an email address can be sent to Gravatar to display a profile image. Read Automattic’s privacy notice for its processing. Approved comments and associated moderation records may be retained while relevant to the discussion and site security.
Hosting and essential cookies
Hostinger provides the website hosting. Requests to the website can generate technical logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. WordPress uses essential login and administration cookies for authorised users. Optional comment cookies can remember your details if you choose that option. Your browser settings can remove or restrict cookies, although some functions may then be unavailable.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions are currently unavailable. The fallback newsletter area does not collect addresses or add you to a mailing list. Before subscriptions open, this notice will be updated to identify the provider, processing and withdrawal options.
External links and embedded content
Following an external or affiliate link takes you to another provider, whose privacy notice applies there. Embedded content, where used, may make requests to its provider and use cookies or similar technologies. Check the provider’s notice and any consent options before interacting.
Recipients and retention
Information is handled by Chinedu and the hosting, email or technical providers needed to operate the site and respond to you. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to handle the matter, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable obligation. Technical logs follow the relevant provider’s retention settings. Contact us for details about a particular record or service, including any international processing and applicable safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact us using the details above; identity checks may be needed to protect your information. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the site’s services or data practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
