- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from My account. You keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- If you change your mind within 14 days of first subscribing, contact us for a full refund.
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Questions
What counts as a “use”?
One use is one completed action, such as merging a set of PDFs, compressing an image or generating an invoice. Free users get 10 a day across all tools, and the count resets every day.
Why is VAT added?
Digital subscriptions are subject to VAT. UK customers pay 20%, so £9 becomes £10.80. If you’re outside the UK, your local rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.
How do I cancel?
Go to My account and choose Manage or cancel subscription. It takes a few clicks and you don’t need to contact anyone. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Pro until the end of your current month. If you get stuck, contact us and we’ll cancel it for you.
Do my files get uploaded?
No. The PDF and image tools process files in your own browser, on free and Pro alike.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt and invoice after every payment, and you can download past invoices any time from My account. Business customers can add a VAT number at checkout.
Do I need a password?
No. Pro switches on automatically in the browser you pay from. On another device, open My account, enter your email and click the sign-in link we send you.
