How to merge PDF files

Tips for merging PDFs
- Name files clearly before you start (for example 01-cover.pdf, 02-report.pdf) so the order is easy to check.

Is there a limit on files or pages?
There’s no fixed limit. Very large files depend on your device’s memory, so a modern computer will handle bigger jobs than an older phone.
Are links and bookmarks kept?
Page content and clickable links are kept. Bookmarks (the outline panel) from the original files aren’t carried across.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not yet. Remove the password in your PDF reader first, then merge.
