How it works
- Choose your PDF.
- Pick the language to translate from (or let it detect it) and the language to translate into.
- Press Translate PDF. The first time, Chrome downloads the language pack.
- Download your translated document.
Good to know
- Needs Google Chrome 138 or newer on Windows, Mac or Linux. Other browsers don’t have the built-in translator yet.
- Headings, paragraphs, lists and tables are kept, and the layout is simplified.
- Scanned PDFs need PDF OCR first.
- Machine translation can make mistakes, so check anything important with a fluent speaker.
