How it works

Good to know
- The crop is applied in proportion, so pages of different sizes are cropped in the same way.
- Cropping hides the area outside the box. It’s still in the file, so don’t use it to remove confidential information.
- Use the page arrows to check the crop on other pages before you save.
Frequently asked questions
Does cropping reduce the file size?
Not usually. Cropping changes the visible area of each page, but the content outside it stays in the file. Use Compress PDF to make it smaller.
Can I crop just one page?
Yes. Go to the page, set the box, then choose “This page only”.
Will the text stay selectable?
Yes. The content isn’t changed, only the visible page area.
