Rebrand the document details (title, author)
These show in the PDF reader’s document properties and sometimes as the tab title.
ⓘ Only rebrand PDFs you have the right to change, such as a vendor’s ebook that allows affiliates to add their own links, or your own lead magnet. If you promote products, include a clear affiliate disclosure inside the PDF.
How to rebrand links in a PDF
- Choose your PDF – every clickable link is listed, with the pages it appears on.
- Edit links one by one, or use Quick replace to change part of every link (for example an affiliate ID).
- Optionally add tracking such as utm_source=ebook to the end of every link.
- Update the title and author if you like, then click Save rebranded PDF.
Tips for affiliates
- Use tidy links: point links to your own redirect, such as yoursite.com/go/product, so you can update them later without rebranding the PDF again.
- Add a disclosure: if the PDF promotes products, make sure it clearly says it contains affiliate links.
- Check the rights: only rebrand PDFs that come with rebranding or private label rights, or that you created yourself.
- Test before sharing: open the new PDF and click a few links to check they go to the right place.

Why are some links missing?
Only clickable links can be changed. Web addresses typed as plain text, without a link, can’t be edited here.
Is there a limit?
The free version lets you rebrand a few PDFs per day. The counter at the top shows how many you have left.
Does it change the design of my PDF?
No. Only the link destinations and the title, author and subject details change. The pages look exactly the same.
