How it works

  1. Choose your .pptx file.
  2. Choose whether to skip hidden slides.
  3. Press Convert to PDF and download it.

Good to know

  • Best for slides with text, images, simple shapes and tables.
  • Charts, SmartArt, animations, gradients and special effects are simplified or left out.
  • For a perfect copy of a complex deck, use PowerPoint’s own File › Export › PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Will it look exactly like my slides?

Simple slides convert closely. Fonts are replaced with a clean standard font, and charts, SmartArt and effects aren’t drawn.

Does it work with Google Slides?

Yes. Download your deck as .pptx from Google Slides (File › Download › Microsoft PowerPoint), then convert it.

What about older .ppt files?

Open them in PowerPoint or Google Slides and save as .pptx first.
